The more I drank of this wine, the more I enjoyed it and realized just how well made it is at just $15.
On the nose, you’ll enjoy aromas of yellow pear, Meyer lemon, hints of gooseberry and wet stone. There’s also a little something floral in the mix.
On the palate, it expresses crisp acidity, yet with a soft caress. Taste of green apple, lime pith and a refreshing minerality, making it perfect for Nicoise salad, steamed clams or grilled lobster with lemon beurre blanc.
